I am a senior athlete. I used to win few competitions back in old days. I continue to cycle and would like to start Lifting Weights. I would like to train both but am not sure if I will be able to do it. Do you have any Weight Lifting and Cycling tips for golden age?

Good work. I am always thrilled to see man or woman who doesn’t think that life ends when you retire. Of course that you can do both. There is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to do it. Remember that you have to give yourself enough rest. That goes for all of us. But it is especially important for senior athletes. You can train with the same intensity as in your younger age provided that you give yourself more time to rest and recuperate than before. That is the only difference.
