Why are people saying that stretching is bad?

I heard some bad things about stretching lately. As much as people praised stretching in the past they are pointing out its side effects now. I have been stretching before workouts for the past 5 years and have felt only improvement from doing so. Stretching is great, don’t you think?

How to set up a good back training routine?
