Doctors Oaths and denying someone treatment for Hep C

Stomach suddenly becomes very bloated and painful, what could this be?

Every now and then (months apart sometimes) all of the sudden my abdomen will swell and feel extremely bloated, nearly rock hard, and it will be so painful!! I haven't identified any common trigger. Anyone know what this could be?
