My Niece is ill with strange symptoms that thus far are undiagnosed

My niece dropped out of school in September with symptoms of total exhaustion, anxiety, racing heart, slight fever, stomach aches, sometimes diareha. Her parents have taken her to four doctors and she has underwent all kinds of tests and no one can find anything wrong. Any suggestions.
