post pituitary surgery, bad headaches and fast heart-beat and sometimes sweats and nausea!

I had a pituitary tumor surgery alittle over a year ago. But i still get really bad headaches and neck pain sometimes accompanied with nausea and the sweats! Has anyone experienced anything similiar i'm so tired of going to so many doctors!
