hard lump in groin area 10 days after cath. ablation surgery

I had cath. ablation surgery on March 11. 09 and a hard lump has formed in my right groin area thats the size of a walnut. It doesn't hurt by pressing on it but I'm concerned about it. Can you tell me what it could be?
