Anoplasty and pain management

I had surgery to remove hemroids in January 2007, I now have anal stenosis ie my anus got smaller and i have problems defecating and get bruised very often. My Dr suggested an anoplasty I just wondered if it is as painful post op as the hemroid surgery.

I was researching hemerrhoid treatments and I came across one that said "tube baths" were a good idea. I am unclear as to what a tube bath is, does anyone else know? any help is appreciated.

Could anybody help me? i got hemorrhoid for over than ten years but never bleeding or cause pain, only sometime its feel discomfort. Now the Hemorrhoid size is quite big. I've been from dokter and done twice rubber band but it seems not to good. So which treatment is right for me?
