Why does my sternum hurt so much??

Im 38 and I woke up in the middle of the night with this severe pain right under my sternum. It is very painful. It has kepted me up all night. What can U do??? :(

Burnt leg but it is a first degree!

I have burnt my leg, but luckily it is only a first degree burn! I just hope that it will not take long for the burn to heal completely because I am going on my summer vacation soon. Will the sunbathing affect the burnt area? How should I deal with it? I will definitely not postpone the trip!

do small compression fractures heal?

was x-rayed tuesday. doctor found a small compression fracture at t-6. i'm on vicodin and soma. do these injuries heal? besides dno't bend forward at the waist, don't lift anything over 5 pounds and don't exercise what else can i do to encourage healing?
