I dropped a 255lb bar on my chest!!!

I was working out today and I had over exerted myself by lifting for to long. I was bench pressing 255lbs when I got very fatigued and the bar came right down on my chest! I believe it hit my sternum, I am having difficulty breathing and it is painful to lay down. I can not seem to get comfortable....

Problems after skull fractures

My friend has a big problem. Her son had a skull fracture few weeks ago. He is better now and she is hoping that he will be totally ok very soon. But I’m not sure that you can recover so soon after skull fracture. Can somebody tell me something about problems after skull fracture?

How long it takes a stress fracture to appear?

My older brother is a basket player. He has a stress fracture of the left foot. I know that it is a common sports injury. His doctor told that usually this kind of fracture needs some time to appear. Does anybody know how long it takes a stress fracture to appear?

My brother has a rib fracture. His doctor explained to us that one of the middle ribs is broken. Then he said also that it’s nothing dangerous and that he had a lucky because the lower rib fracture can make serious complications. What can happened because of lower rib fracture?
