I hit my left temple on the heavy door when I was walking into my high school it was closing I was looking back I turned around and it hit exactly to my left temple and it hurts when I press I feel the vein what is it? what should I do?

how come i have to have my screw removed in the hospital? I had hammer toe done 6 months ago

i had my hammer toe done six months ago and now i am having the screw not a pin removed on the 30th of april but he is putting me out to do it. he had me wait until the joint in my toe was fussed before he would remove it ,,but my question is how come i have to have my screw removed in the hospital...
