Shoulder pain for 2 weeks

About 2 weeks ago I was twisting a pole clamp at work and I heard a loud pop and had extreme pain. Now my shoulder blade and shoulder have hurt and make it hard for me to do much of anything with that arm. What could be wrong with it?
