Lisfranc injury, pain... burning and tingling.

Hi all... I have a lisfranc injury that was sustained about 6 weeks ago and surgery about a month ago. I am having bad burning and tingling pains all over the top of my foot and big toe, wondering if anyone has had the same issue? Also has any one found a pain killer to take these pains away?
