Hi, folks. My friend has injured her spinal cord and I must say that she was really lucky. She could stay paralyzed. I would like to know whether it is possible to prevent spinal cord injuries. It would be great to know something like that. Your suggestions are more than welcomed.

Pain at the top of my butt crack form sitting on a childs toy ball

Help I was fixing a drawer under the bed and when I sat down the kid had left a small hard ball on the floor. I sat on the ball right at the top of my butt crack now it hurts to sit down and lean back and even to urinate. If any one has an idea whats wrong"help".
