What if hip fracture is untreated?

I had a really bad fall yesterday. Since that I’m suffering from really bad pain around my hip. Maybe I have a hip fracture. I know that I need to go to doctor and I will go tomorrow. But I’m wondering what if hip fracture is untreated? Is it dangerous?

body brace makes it hard to change shirt

My roommate broke a ton of his ribs and is in a body brace (whole torso front and back). We have so much trouble getting him into a new shirt. We lay him in bed first but it hurts him so much to move him around to get his shirt on. Any ideas or thoughts will be much welcome. Thanks!!!
