I am having very bad pain sems to be gettin worse in my stomach and lower back and my stools are very hard it seems like if i make myself throw up it takes away the pain for a little bit, ive tried everything nothing is helping my constipation what should i do as of rite now?

I had a colonoscopy 1 week ago and still have not had a bowel movement even though I have taken a stool softener every day and eaten fiber and figs etc. Is this abnormal after emptying the bowel completely?
