I have mucus, that comes in small amounts and only when i have just realised stools occurs often. It is the only symptom i have which makes me rule out fissures, IBS or anything like that.... anybody know what it could be??

I JUST HAD MY WHOLE COLON REMOVED ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 16 DAYS. I HAD SOME COMPLICATION. I AM HOME NOW AND MY DOCTOR SAYS MY BOWELS KEEP GOING BACK TO SLEEP.
