IBS or Chrons Disease

Hi, for years I thought I suffered from IBS. Two days ago, I went to another doctor to examination, he told me that I have Crohn’s disease. I am confused, and I don’t have a clue why did they diagnose me differently. Does anyone have some of these conditions?

Poo compacted in an area prior to bottom hole.
