Hi I am 14 years old and I always had stomach problems, from when I was little. Always when we would eat spicy food I would get terrible stomach pains. And I also have a very sensitive bladder.

This year it got a lot worse. The doctor gave me pills for constipation and IBS, but it works only a little bit.

Yesterday night it was really bad. I woke up with pain and it went from my stomach to my back, and it felt like I couldn't breathe because it was like someone was squeezing me. The pain was so bad, I couldn't lie or sit down. After a long time I sat down with my elbows on my knees, and suddenly the pain was just gone. I was so relieved.

I don't understand why the pain was just gone. It can't dissapear just like that, can it? Am I maybe allergic to something? I did eat macaroni that evening, and a few times before when I ate macaroni I would get stomach pain or feel bloated.

I eat healthy food every day, fruits and vegetables, whole-grain bread, etc. I have glucose intolerance, so I don't eat a lot of sugary foods. I exercise every day.

Does anyone know what is causing all this? I don't know what to do. It's really frustrating. I've tried everything.

Please comment if you're having similar problems, or have a suggestion on what it could be...it wouuld really help!

I had something similar about a week or so ago.  I was getting ready to go out for dinner and it started at my belly button and went down to the pubic bone and I could feel the pain in my back as well.  Luckily, it only lasted a few minutes but I could not take deep breathes as the pain would be extremely sharp.  I haven't had it since.  I'm 26 and I stay pretty active and try to eat as healthy as I can, so I'm not sure what it could be.
