I also have no large bowel?

I am wondering about how the removal of my large bowel, leaving me with an ileostomy and now approximately 7 feet of small bowel present. Is there any rules about dehydration (almost constant state) and absorption that may apply, emergency room doctors don't seem to know anything here! HELP

I can't hold my stool

I have a problem holding my stool, especially when in a shop which has no bahtroom or toilet. Is this phsycological? I have ulcrative colitus for the last 23 years and had a colonoscopy last week. It is devastating me. Anyone has an aswer to this.

I had dirrehea that are not really painful but just like normal bowel movements and they always come shortly after every meal and sometimes in the day I would just have a normal bowel movement. im kind of scared. what are this related to? im 19 this year. please help.
