Back pain bowel pain and pain in bowel when passing stools

I've had severe lower back pain for a few days. Sharp pain in stomach and bowel whenever I sit down, stand up or walk to heavy footed. I also have pain when passing 'normal' stools. Doc says I have pulled muscles in my back but that does not explain the pain in my bowels
