Blood in my stool

I'm 19 I had a BM today and I noticed some blood on the paper... it was not dark, but maybe about the size of half a dime maybe, is this bad? should I see my doctor I am a LMT so I know some anatomy I was thinking cron's disease, because I have signs of IBS.

removel of ascending large colon

No, unable to eat due to terrible taste of food.  Can only tolerte Boost, etc and cold milk.  HGB falling and unble to have stools in last 2 weeks.  Can anyone help with their solutions.? Also had to have partial sigmoid removed due to diverticulities.
