My mother is very old and has many health issues, too many to go into here. The doctor warned us at her appointment last week that my mom is at risk of kidney failure and might need dialysis in the future. What do you think about herbal options to prevent kidney failure from happening?

Pain in both kidneys!!

Are there certain foods or drinks that could possibly make my kidneys sore? First my right one hurt horribly for a week and now my left one hurts, just today but it still hurts... sometimes it feels like when I release gas and go pee it helps but then the pain comes back.
