Over the past week, I've experienced new pain in both kidneys. Here is a symptom list:
Only in the mornings, after having 7 hours or more sleep.
Pain turns sharp and intense when largely inhaling or exhaling.
Pain subsides immediately by 80% after getting up and moving around for 1-3 minutes.
Pain also subsides the added 20% after urinating, and emptying my bladder.
No discolor in urine.
No pain or discomfort in urinating.
Recent changes in routine:
I've started taking a chewable men's daily multi vitamin about 3 weeks ago.
I've started drinking more 100% fruit drinks about 4 weeks ago.
I've started to greatly reduce my calorie intake and started using Truvia and sugar blends.
I've stopped almost all fast foods, and bring my lunch, made of lower fat, processed lunch meat from Walmart, on whole grain bread.
I have dentures... Maybe the denture adhesive is clogging my kidneys, as I'm certain that it breaks down, and we swallow the denture adhesive all day and all night. Is that possible??
I drink water more now than ever.
I drink water before sleeping, to stay hydrated
.
I have a worn mattress on the right side.
I've started sleeping on the left side. I have no back pain from that any more.
I am still sexually active. (Age 52)
I take aspirin daily. It keeps my blood thinned out and my mind more clear. This could be bad for my kidneys.
I am in good appearance and health... Slightly over weight. 6'4" tall, large, broad build, 230 lbs. my goal is 200 pounds.
I've recently gone through the painful 1.5 years of having my high arches fall, in my feet. I used alieve, aspirin, Tylenol for pain. Aleive worked the best.
I used Dr. Scholl's inserts from Walmart. Best $50.00 I ever spent. Lasts about 4 months.
I walk without pain now.
I carry heavy tools and equipment in my job career.
It's winter during this experience, (2 degrees to 40 degrees) I dress in multiple layers and bathe daily, and wear fresh clothing.
I have two male (neutered) healthy cats.
I drink iced tea, light sweetener.
I don't use aspertame sweetener
I don't use equal sweetener
I only use pure cane sugar or truvia.
There's a list of commonalities to pull from.
I'll let you know if there's any change.
Good luck folks!!
