lumps above the right clavicle bone that move around somewhat

I recently decided to go to an internal medicine doctor for a yearly checkup.  I told him I found a lump right above my clavicle bone about two inches in from where the bone starts by my throat.  It doesn't seem hard like bone but as i continue to feel around it seems like i am feeling more bumps...

Today I woke up and I have swelling behind my left ear and on my face on the left side. I feel pressure and the swelling is soft and my face is warm and red. I heard a pop yesterday when I yawned and now this area is swollen.

Hello, I need advice. I have a reddish rash on both my extremities and also swollen and enlarged lymph nodes. Rash is not painful, nor are lymph nodes, they are just enlarged. Is anybody here with any suggestions what this might be?
