16 clear liquid comes out of nipple when squeezed

As the title says, I am 16 and I felt something kind of hard under my nipple and when I squeezed it a clear liquid came out of my nipple! What is going on?! I heard puberty brings this about. Do you think I have anything to worry about. My parents say I am ok and I'm just growing up.
