Hello, I'm 14 years and 10 months old.I have no pubic hair at all. My balls are still the same. My penis is not even 2 inches when erect. I'm 5'4, and have encountered a couple of zits/pimples. Help?

Bubble in front of pee hole and skin beneath look very thin

I was peeing in my own bathroom sink because my toilet is very loud and I look in the mirror and it made a sort of bubble off pee like it was building up below my pee hole and I looked and the skin directly beneath it looked very thin should I be concerned? I am a 16 yr male and I am circumcised
