I'm 14, my voice has not broke yet but I have a few armpit hairs and a few public hair. When I masturbate a small amount of clear sticky substance appears on my penis. It does not shoot out like normal sperm it's just oozing out of my penis. Have I hit puberty?

Are my genitals too big /small /average?
