Hello. I'm 13 years old. I am concerned about puberty. All of my bestfriends have hit puberty and we're all 13,14. All the 13 year old's have hit puberty except for me. I know they have hit puberty because their voices are deep. The 14 year old still haven't cause I can tell by his voice. I have hair on my penis and armpits but I'm not sure if it's around the corner, or something's wrong with me. When I'm "soft" my penis is about 2 inches. When I have a "erection" it's about 4 1/2 inches. My balls have not dropped yet and my voice is not very deep. So could anyone help? Thanks

Your balls did drop, at or just after birth. You can feel both of them, right? It's just a saying.
You can't tell by your 14 year olds voice.
We all develop at different rates/times. Don't compare yourself to anyone else, even a different age.
Not all 13 year olds have armpit hair. There are many guys that still don't have it at 15-16. It's all normal.
Your penis is bigger than average for a 13 year old - that being 3-4". 4-5" is common for a 14-15 year old.
Don't worry about your voice. It can change at any time.
Nothing is wrong. You are NORMAL!
