okay im 14 years old turning 15 in 2 months and im really worried about my penis size. Im 3 inches erect and 1.5 soft. I have plenty of pubic hair and starting to get arm pit hair so i know ive stated puberty. Is this normal, and anything i can do to make it bigger.

3-4" is normal for a 13-14 year old.
We all develop at different rates/times. Do not compare yourself to others.
Your penis can grow into your early 20's. There is NOTHING, short of surgery, to make it bigger.
