rash in upper thigh

i noticed last night that i have a rash in my upper thigh next to my scrotum, it doesnt hurt much and it smells bad. no itching and its not causing iritation but i just want to know what it is. can anybody help me?

I'm not even 20 years old and I'm already starting to experience hair loss. I excercise frequently and have a sort of semi-good diet why is this happening? Does stress have anything to do with it?

painless small red bumps

I have had these painless small red bumps (not like a rash) on my inner thighs very close to my vagina. They do not itch, they are not painful but they are getting bigger. I have never had unprotected sex and have been tested for STDs. What could this be?

What could this be? Symptoms: Severe body aches. Severe Migraines. Fever that ranges from 99 -101 Extreme tiredness but not sleeping well or consistently. No nausea, or cold symptoms. I feel a little better for a day or two then it all comes back for a few days, every week for about a month....
