How to stop.....

I m so ashamed... the stupid dream causes me a lot of pain. Lot of embarrsmnt. There appears pores on my face due to this semen... I really don't want it but I don't know how to stop this...... Please help if there is any one.... Any one who knows the way of gettin rid of this.......

Smell between testicles and anus

Recently, the area between my testicles and anus has developed a putrid smell.  Before bed, I wash the entire area with a fragrant soap; by morning, the smell is back. My urine does not smell and I do not have hemorrhoids.
