I also believe that this was only one time only but you are probably aware that this is not good. I mean if you are into anal sex that is your thing and I am fine with it but you should be more careful next time not to hurt yourself.
First of all you should buy yourself some toys which are from rubber mostly and they can’t hurt your anus. Second you should use lubricant of any kind to help yourself during anal sex.
