I really want to kiss my gf but dont know when

Hi there. Ok, so i just turned 13 about a month ago and i have been dating this girl for about 4 months. We really like each other. I have never kissed a girl and i dont really know when to make my move. Can u guys help? I just need some pointers on when a good time to make my move is and how to kiss. Thanks
