I just turned 15 about a month and a half ago. Im 6'1 and have hair on my groin and pits. My penis is 4.7 when hard but it hasn't grown since I can remember is this normal

im 15 i have very little pubes my voice havent chaged i have  no arm pit hair, no arm hair very little leg hair. im 5 ft 5" i masterbate a lot and can produce sperm  flacid 1 inch erect 2 1/2 inches  i get bullied alot and dont know what to do
