Delayed puberty, I'm turning 14 soon. I'm going to be freshman this fall

I have written this but it didn't appear on the website. So, I'm turning 14 soon (this month) and I haven't hit puberty yet. My penis is around 3.8 erect and I can see some hair on my lips growing (using my moms makeup mirror ) I also have hair on my leg and humor bone (above my knee)....
