Okay this is weird but still. I'm 13 and I usually have my period for 5 days maximum. This time, I masturbated and now my period has exceeded 8 days. I'm scared and I can't tell my mom coz then I'll be embarrassed to tell her that I masturbate. Please help!

Extremely bad stomach cramps every few days

I've had my period for a month now & through out the month I have only stoped bleeding for one day. I've had to pee a lot more since I've had my period which isn't normal for me. & have had extremely bad stomach cramps every few days. What is wrong? Is this normal? I'm only 16.
