Hi. Super huge question. I was CLOSE to having unprotected intercourse for the first time on August 15 but luckily, I didn't want it. I felt like I wasn't penetrated at all to say and my last menstrual period was on July 24, 2017 so I assume I wasn't fertile anymore. I don't always have a regular cycle but it's usually at least 31 days for the shortest. It's been 2-3 days since I haven't got my period and I usually get cramps the day of my period, but I seem to be fine all of this week and last week with no symptoms and I'm wondering if my period is just delayed over exercise? I'm a dancer who exercises every weekday for about 2 hours and this isn't the first time my period has been late before. P.S. I also noticed I lost a bit of body fat.
