abnormal menstral bleeding

I think that I have some problem with my period. Sometimes I think I will bleed to death, and it scares me. I went to doctor, he examined me and I am still waiting for my results. Can someone tell me if the abnormal bleeding is sign of some condition and is it something dangerous?

I have a white creamy discharge and I get it almost everyday I have not tenderness and never had sexual activity and haven't even started my PERIOD what can I do to make this go away I've had it for 3 years
