Disgusting brown liquid. Im worried!!

Im 13 and first got my period when i was 10. After my period a weird, disgusting, brown liquid comes out of my vagina and stains my underwear. It usually last's for 3 or 4 days before everything is back to normal. I was wondering what it is and should I worry about it?? Thanks.
