Im 13 and first got my period when i was 10. After my period a weird, disgusting, brown liquid comes out of my vagina and stains my underwear. It usually last's for 3 or 4 days before everything is back to normal. I was wondering what it is and should I worry about it?? Thanks.

Hi, I too had the same problem when I first got my periods at the age of 13. As years passed on, I did not notice any discharge. Now I am 25 and don't have any such problem. Doctor says that a woman might experience different types of discharges throughout her menstrual cycle, so it should be fine. But still if it is annoying you, would suggest you to consult a doctor.
