Stress and muscle tension

I often get stress headaches, and I feel like tension in my neck, especially in the afternoon when I came from work. How can I try to eliminate these muscle tensions?

parathesias pain muscles twitching

i get pins n needles any were on body numbness in feet n legs back muscles twitching with pain throat spasms bitter taste tongue tingling,stomach pains esp when eating.

Could someone tell me what causes muscle twitches for it really starts bordering me. It doesn’t last long of course but I would like to know if there’s any way to reduce it somehow. I usually have twitches on my leg muscle especially the area under my right knee.
