My son has been using heroin for a couple of years. He quit two days ago and is going through withdrawl. Although he is very sick and in pain, he has chosen not to seek medical attention for treatment. How long does it take to withdraw from heavy heroin use without treatment?

false negative blood test for percocet

I received a negative result in both a urine test and a blood test even though in both cases I had taken at least 10mg of medication within the preceding 12 hours. How does this happen? and how can I challenge it, since my Dr. is dismissing me, believing I was not taking the medication?
