Narcotic (Opioids) Drugs Dependence

Narcotics are strong prescription painkillers that relieve pain by preventing transmission of pain messages to the brain. They are habit forming if taken for too long. Talk about narcotic drug addiction (Alfentanil, Codeine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Hydromorphone, Methadone, Morphine, Nalorphine, Opium, Oxycodone) and other narcotic drug issues here.

Any advice on breaking this mental addiction?

For the most part, my physical addictions have subsided. The mental addiction of having to do some sort of pill is with me all the time. I quit doing methadone almost 2 months now. Kicked it easilly

Hi, I have kicked easily the maximum dosage of methadone per day, and I am even looking for more. I though it would be easier to get off the drugs. But it seems different.

sublingual tests and accuracy

I started suboxone treatment for short term detox off norco ( prescribed for back, had back surgery,now just want off everything).  I started Monday and this is Sat.  I didn't know what I was getting into, till I started researching and found out  the detox off the Subs are worse.  I need advice...
