I know a peakin troff test is to see how much methadone is in a persons body. does the test tell a person how many millagrams are in the person example like 120. or is it like just how much you are matablizing?

my daughter is on 30 mg of methadone a day and wants to quit. At this small dose will she have severe withdrawals? she has been on it for 6 months or so. she was addicted to oxycotin and heroin. she plans to taper off 5 mg aday for the next 2 weeks
