I am detoxing from Suboxone I stopped at one to two milograms a day. I am also on Lexapro and Trazodone for sleep. I am really exhausted and sick. The sickness I expected, just not the exhaustion. I can't function for more than two or three hours without having to go to sleep.It has been 8 days...

Trying to stay clean! If you've been through this then please take time to answer my question.

Does anyone know what you can do to help keep your mind off of doing drugs, looking for them, etc.? I really am trying to only do things that are prescribed to me but I'm finding out the hard way that it's much more difficult than I had originally thought. I quit methadone cold turkey a couple of weeks ago and it is hell. Does anybody know what to do about the muscle restlessness at night that keeps me from sleeping? And will I ever have energy again and not be depressed? Thanks

I will attempt to be brief. I was originally a casual user of opiates, anything from vicos to oxy. I was young and aware of the concept of withdrawal when someone told me about methadone which apparently cured withdrawals. not wanting to even bother with withdrawals, i started taking methadone....
