I know it's the worst and don't do what I do. But honestly I hate blow. But just a tiny bit kept me going that day after so I could get to 30+ hrs clean for good sub usage. Couldn't sleep without Xanax and I only bump the other a few times in the am stop at 2pm coast the last 3-4 hrs til sneezing...
