Help! Sinus problems in pregnancy! My nose is running all the time. I can not stand it anymore. I think that it’s not a cold because it lasts for three weeks. So, it’s probably sinus. Tell me some good advice, please. Any OTC meds I can take? Or I need to go to doctor because of it?

I think I have some sinus infection. I now that I need to go to doctor and I will go tomorrow. My friend told me that she was taking ciprofloxin when she had bacterial sinus infection. But I used it once when I had a urinary infection. So, is ciprofloxin useful for a sinus infection?
