i was at work 3 days ago and i must of sneezed about 10 times in a row...i had to hold the sneeze though as i didnt have a tissue. i was wondering does anyone think if ive ruptured a vessel in my nose as now for past three days after the sneezing attack ive had dark blood in my spit when i clear the back of my nose.. im 23 yo male and im sure theres nothing to worry about but thought id get an opinion. my mum had the same thing once and told me its a burst blood vessel but im still worried!

I am sure that your mum has a point and that is probably just a bursted vessel. Since you were sneezing too many times you have probably did some damage inside your nose and now it will probably take some time before you stop with blood spots.
Do you feel any pain or some other symptoms?
If by any chance you experience any pain you should consult your doctor but otherwise I believe that you are fine. Next time try to be more careful and watch out for your nose, after all it is very sensitive area. I hope that by now you have resolved your problem and that you are feeling absolutely fine.
