Help! Sinus problems in pregnancy! My nose is running all the time. I can not stand it anymore. I think that it’s not a cold because it lasts for three weeks. So, it’s probably sinus. Tell me some good advice, please. Any OTC meds I can take? Or I need to go to doctor because of it?

Problems with sinus or even sinus infections are common in pregnancy because of the increased nasal congestion. Antibiotics may help and you can use some kinds of them. But first you should consult with doctor. You may use saline drops. You can buy these at drugstores or prepare at home. Just dissolve 1/4 teaspoon salt in 8 ounces of water.
