I travel weekly do different climates. When I use my cpap with humidifier I tend to get a very dry nose which then drips non stop for a few days which makes me reluctant to use the cpap again. I have been suffering from sinus pain and headaches and had someone advised me it was because I was constipated. Which I have been feeling run down so have been eating "lambs fry" which is high in iron?? Is there any corollation between the two??? Please help me...
